BARRHEAD - After a two-year hiatus due to pandemic health restrictions, the Barrhead Regional Fire Services (BRFS) held its annual open house on Oct. 4 as part of its Fire Prevention Week festitities. Hundreds of people visited the fire hall during the three-hour event, which featured a hamburger/hotdog barbecue, tours of the fire hall and vehicles and a rappelling demonstration.
