The annual Antique Car Run was a big hit on May 24 under a fantastic warm sunny day.
The run started in Fort Assiniboine with a wide array of vehicles gathered for admirers to get a glimpse of before the engines roared and they set out for Barrhead.
"We have 36 vehicles displayed this year where there were 30 last year," said Rod Klumph, event organizer.
A breakfast was held at the Fort Assiniboine Curling Rink and by 11 a.m. the vehicles were on their way.
It was quite the sight to watch the parade of antique gems drive down the highway.
Cars lined the main street with the a portion of the road blocked off to traffic.
Onlookers strolled the street admiring the beautiful vehicle marvels, all with their own special histories.
The display lasted until 2:30 p.m. with businesses open and a food truck ready to feed hungry spectators.
