Barrhead Composite High School junior high track and field athletes had a chance to compete for not only bragging rights of who could run the fastest or jump the highest but also for an opportunity to qualify for the divisional track meet during the Ron Tate track meet on May 22. Depending on the event, the top three to five finishers moved on to a divisional track meet.
