This meatloaf doesn’t take long to make and is healthier with lean ground beef, low-fat milk, whole wheat bread crumbs, some fresh parsley, and carrot. You can also use ground turkey, if you prefer.

1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 cup low-fat or skim milk
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large carrot, grated
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons mustard
⅓ cup ketchup
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 2

Step 3
