Town and Country reporter Heather Stocking offers a great way to use up leftover meats from yesterday's supper. Filling and delicious, because...who doesn't love mac and cheese?

Leftover Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups dry measure – macaroni pasta

1 can (284 ml) - Campbell’s Cream of Broccoli and Cheese soup

½ soup can of milk or milk alternative

Cheese – load on as much and as many different kinds as you want

Leftover steak, sausage or other meat - cooked

Sautéed vegetables – onions, peppers, mushrooms etc.

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil macaroni as per instructions on the package.

Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix soup and milk and pour into a medium to large lasagna dish (depending on how many left overs you’ve added) and add the macaroni, cheese, veggies, cooked meat etc.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Broil for 2 minutes.

Remove from oven and let sit for several minutes.

Enjoy!

Makes 4 + servings depending on how big you make it.
