VANCOUVER — Quarterback Nathan Rourke says the B.C. Lions “have to have a sense of urgency” as they prepare for their final four games of the CFL season. “There’s a lot of importance in these last four games,” Rourke said after practice this week.

The Montreal Alouettes can secure another first on Saturday night. Montreal (11-2-1) visits the Toronto Argonauts (7-7) with a chance to clinch first in the East Division and earn home-field advantage in the conference final Nov. 9.

TORONTO — The Saskatchewan Roughriders dominated the honour roll for Week 16 of the CFL season with quarterback Trevor Harris, linebacker Jameer Thurman and the offensive line among those earning top marks.

SURREY, B.C. — B.C. Lions coach Rick Campbell says he wants to start quarterback Nathan Rourke for the team's final four games of the regular season. Campbell's comments come after he pulled the Canadian from B.C.

Jim Mullin is stepping away from Football Canada to concentrate on his post with the International Federation of American Football (IFAF). Mullin confirmed Monday that after six years as Football Canada's president, he is resigning from the post.
