Every December the Westlock News asks area schools to submit the letters their students write to Santa — this year the letters appeared in the Dec. 13 and 20 print editions. Here’s a sampling of what they wrote.

Hello How are you doing? My Name is Ava. How are the reimdeers? Am I on your Good lista? How are the Elves? How are mrs Clous doing? Is is nice at the North pole? Do you like delivering presents to people hauses? How bo you deliver presents in one night. How bo the rein deers fly? Do you love the Elves? From Ava, my first wish is clothes for those in need becuse they really need it. Warom blankets for homeless becuse they are very cold.
