Answers to be used in strategic planning, admin says

Town of Westlock admin and council want to know how people feel about the services they provide through a three-question survey, live until Oct. 15.

WESTLOCK — Ahead of strategic plan discussions, Town of Westlock launched a resident survey that officials say will “help inform decisions” and focus.

The survey, available here, went live today and will be up until Oct. 15.

Specifically, town admin wants to know three things: what you love about Westlock and why you choose to live in town, three things the town can do to improve quality of life, and a program or service that’s had a positive impact on you.

“We need residents of the Town of Westlock to let us know what is important to them. We hope to hear from residents, businesses, students and community stakeholders,” said CAO Simone Wiley in a press release.

The answers they get will be used in upcoming planning discussions, in decision-making, business plans and to “focus our attention on opportunities and development within our community,” admin added.
