Gerald Alwyn Austin, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025, at the age of 76 in Westlock, Alberta.
Born on October 1, 1948, in Elnora, Alberta, Gerald lived a life marked by devotion, both to his family and his faith. As a respected Minister at the Church of the Nazarene, he dedicated many years to serving his congregation and community, embodying the principles of compassion and service that he held dear.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Ella Austin, and his children: Kevin, Cindy, Angela Brass, Charity, and Colin Austin. Each of them carries forward his spirit of kindness and dedication.
A funeral service to honor Gerald’s life was held on Friday, June 6, 2025, at the Memorial Hall at 2 pm.
Family, friends, and all whose lives Gerald touched are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of a life well-lived. Gerald will be deeply missed, but his legacy of faith and love will endure in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
