Denis Carriere beloved husband of, Alice Marie Carriere (nee Courcelles), passed away, suddenly of natural causes, at his residence in Airdrie, Alberta on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at the age of 83 years.
Denis was born in St. Boniface, MB., to Wilfrid Carriere and Marie-Louise Gallant. Denis was a 60-year member of the United Association of Plumbers and
Pipefitters Local 488 - Edmonton, AB.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Alice; daughter Therese Cloutier (Romeo) of Lac La Biche, AB.; son Roger (Juanita and daughter Storm) of Airdrie, AB.; his grand-daughter Joanne St. Jean (Travis) of Wandering River, AB.; grandson Denis Cloutier (Kyla) of St. Paul, AB.; and great-grandson Ryerson Cloutier.
Denis is predeceased by his son Richard.
Burial to take place at the Athabasca Cemetery on Sunday, September 13, 2020.
