Michael George Cook
Michael was born September 21, 1947, in Weyburn, SK, and passed away May 24, 2025, at home in Westlock, AB.
Michael is survived by his wife, Shirley; brother, Dave (Bev Gradige); step-nieces, Lisa Gradige (Clay Goodwin), of MB, and Kaylie Cole, of Calgary; nephew, Keelan Cook, of NS, cousin; Jack Davies, of SK, as well as numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Michael is predeceased by his parents, Jack Cook and Phylis Cook - Severight, of SK; and sister; Sue Lablanc, of ON.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm, at the Dapp Community Hall.
