Mary Gilmar
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother Mary Grace Gilmar of Fawcett, AB on February 10, 2024 at the age of 89 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her 6 children, Doreen (Norman), Eileen (Tom), Ken (Tickie), Lyle (Pam), Barb (Ron) & Glen (Heidi). Her 12 grandchildren Jodie (Ryan), Corrine, Craig, Brad (Santana), Trevor (Lauren), Brett (Kalinda), Cody (Amy), Nolan (Hailey), Katelyn, Kyle (Lexie) & Owen. Her 16 great grand children, numerous nieces & nephews. Her sisters Mildred Rokas & Jean Fletcher, brother-in-law Clarence (Marion) Gilmar.
Predeceased by her husband Alec Gilmar, parents Andy & Winnifred Henderson, step father Walter Bombay, sisters Evelyn Booth & Betty Ann Bowman.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, February 17th at 2pm at the Fawcett Hall.
Donations gratefully accepted to the Cross Lake Cemetery or charity of one’s choice.
