PARRENT, Paul Laurier
It is with profound sadness the family of Paul Laurier Parrent of Clyde, Alberta announces his passing peacefully on July 24th, 2020 at the age of 69 years. Paul farmed proudly since youth alongside his mother Annette tending to his land and livestock until becoming overwhelmed with many challenges.
He is survived by his brothers, Maurice (Maureen), Norman (Joanne), Louis (Charlene) and sister Lorraine (Brian) as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was predeceased by his father Laurier in August 1966, mother Annette in April 2017 and sister Marie in 1960.
Due to the restrictions and safety measures associated with the current Covid-19 pandemic a small graveside ceremony was held on Thursday, July 30th, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the Westlock Continuing Care Centre (Long Term Care) and the Westlock Healthcare Centre (East Wing) for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to AHS Westlock Continuing Care Centre.
