Dear Editor,
About seven weeks ago I switched from Epcor to Just Energy. About a week ago I got a return slip for a credit of $116.94.
I phoned them to see why and they said I had overpaid but I would get my return in about eight-10 weeks.
Asking why it would take so long, I was then told that they wanted to check to see if I had more coming to me. I then asked If I could take that long to pay my bill?
