It is with sadness, and yet with great anticipation, that I say farewell to Barrhead and to my role as the Director of Barrhead FCSS.
It has been such an honour and a privilege to work in a community that truly cares for one another. This community ensures that they demonstrate compassion, kindness and gentleness through tremendous generosity; gifts of time, donations and resources. What an honor it has been to work with various volunteers that share their expertise and their passion, committed to making this community a safe and wonderful place to live. Thank you Barrhead for your support and your kindness. This is really is a wonderful place to be and I am forever grateful for all that I have learned!
I would also like to share how fortunate the community of Barrhead is to have talented volunteers governing Barrhead FCSS. They demonstrate care in all their decisions regarding appropriate program development in Barrhead. Please know as well, the employees that facilitate programs, that work with commitment and care to ensure they respond to needs in this community, are incredibly gifted and competent. They do their jobs so well, not because they have to, but rather because they love Barrhead and the people that call this community home.
Thank you Barrhead! You will always hold a very special place in my heart!
