There are things we all can do to ensure a safe and fun Halloween for all trick or treaters and revelers. Those driving tomorrow night must be extra careful as children cross the street in search of sweets. Those kids should be sure to look both ways before crossing. And parents should accompany their young children and inspect all candy just to be safe.
