I would like to commend the County of Barrhead staff on their dedication to the taxpayers in their area. The dealings that I have had with the Department of Public Works and the office staff over the past few years has always been a positive and productive experience – something which is not true when dealing with higher levels of government. The managers and staff are always willing to listen to one’s concerns and address the issues in a timely and professional manner – they have shown me time and again that they will do everything in their power to help not only with advice but also with whatever other means they have. Paying taxes does not seem so onerous when one is getting such quality service. Thank you.
