Tired of lack of respect

Dear Editor, I’m getting tired of putting up with people that have no respect for others, or for their community. Case in point, I go to the Hospital and I take off my shoes, as many other do, because they are wet and muddy.

Dear Editor,

I’m getting tired of putting up with people that have no respect for others, or for their community. Case in point, I go to the Hospital and I take off my shoes, as many other do, because they are wet and muddy. There are numerous signs as you come in the hospital, “Please remove outside or soiled footwear.” The hospital has a big shoe rack to place your shoes upon. There are plastic bags to put your shoes in if you wish to carry them with you. There are also clean rags to wipe off your shoes if you choose. But there is always someone who thinks they are better than the rest of us and leaves a trail of water and or mud that the rest of us have to walk through in our socks. This is a “hospital” not a barn, does it not make sense that a hospital should be clean and safe. Do these people have no repsect or compassion of others? This is our community and our hospital and the next time I see someone tracking mud and water through our hopsital, I will not hesitate to tell them of their error. Hopefully the readers of this letter will agree with me and do the same.
