Well isn’t that great.
We are getting a new school, but there will not be any students in it because we cannot afford to bus the kids to it.
The PCs have cut, cut, cut finances, spent us into massive debt and deficits will continue do so for years to come.
They have spent our paltry reserves and now we find out it is every Albertan’s fault because the majority of the people in Alberta keep voting the Conservatives in.
Even though they have been in power for all these years, nobody in government accepts the responsibilities – they have the gall to blame all the citizens instead.
Might as well save some money by not building the new school, as it would be cheaper to have an old school with no students than a new one with no students.
I hope the population of Alberta does not complain when they vote the Conservatives back in this spring, because when the new provincial sales tax is established to help pay for all the infrastructure they keep promising, we will all be at fault again as the government themselves cannot be at fault.
Right, people?
We all will be happy to just keep giving our money to them.
And if there is any left, we can then maybe afford to fill up the school buses with fuel.
Oh my, and we still have a pool to build and pay for – wonder who is going to pay for that?
