Bylaw 005-2024 Public Hearing May 14th, 2024 In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of Athabasca County has scheduled a Public Hearing for May 14, 2024, starting at 9:30 a.m. THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING BYLAW: Bylaw 005-2024 – The proposed bylaw amends Land Use Bylaw 004-2019 as follows: The Land Use District Map is hereby amended by changing portions of the NW 27-69-17-W4M from Agriculture (A) District to Campground Commercial (C5) District.
