Rezoning 9832 109 Street (Lot 7, Block 2, Plan 4183 HW) from
R1 (Low Density Residential) to RMH-1 (Manufactured Home Subdivision Residential)
What is Bylaw 2025-09?
Bylaw 2025-09 is an amendment proposed by a landowner to the Town of Westlock’s Land
Use Bylaw to change the zoning of 9832 109 Street from R1 (Low Density Residential District)
to RMH-1 (Manufactured Home Subdivision Residential District). This change is intended to
allow for the placement of a manufactured home on the parcel. A list of the uses in the current
versus proposed district is available for review.
How can I get more information?
Any member of the public may review the proposed bylaw and ask questions. Information is
available on the Town’s website under Local Notices or can be provided to you upon request.
Planning & Development staff can explain what is proposed, how it might impact you, and
how the public hearing process works.
Can I provide comments or attend the hearing?
If you wish to make a submission for Council’s consideration at the public hearing, written
submissions can be emailed to [email protected], mailed in, or dropped off in the drop
box at the Town Office on or before June 23. Instructions on how to attend the Public Hearing
either in-person or virtually via Zoom are available within the Events Calendar on the Town’s
website at www.westlock.ca/p/community-events.
