NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING BYLAW:
68-2025
On April 22, 2025, Westlock County Council passed First Reading of Bylaw No. 68-2025 being a Bylaw to
adopt the Helliwell Lake Area Structure Plan (ASP).
The proposed ASP providing long-term framework that will facilitate the future subdivision and
development for Pt. SW 06-61-24-W4 (see the Location Plan map from the proposed ASP – Schedule A).
Westlock County Council will hold a Public Hearing to provide the public an opportunity to comment on
the proposed Bylaw prior to its adoption.

The Bylaw may be viewed at the Westlock County Administration Office during regular office hours or on
