use concept, follow logical staging,
and integrate with the existing
community. The plan envisions new
housing, commercial areas, parks,
trails, and supporting infrastructure,
offering a mix of housing options,
expanded recreation opportunities,
and space for new businesses,
ensuring the Town has adequate
development-ready land to meet
future needs.
TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, as amended, the Council of the Town of Westlock proposes to adopt an Area Structure Plan for a portion of the Aspendale neighbourhood.
