Rezoning 9840 105 Street (Lot 15, Block 7, Plan 7432 AN) from
R1 (Low Density Residential) to R2 (Medium Density Residential)
What is Bylaw 2025-13?
Bylaw 2025-13 is an amendment proposed by a landowner to the Town of Westlock’s
Land Use Bylaw to change the zoning of 9840 105 Street from R1 (Low Density Residential
District) to R2 (Medium Density Residential District). This change is intended to allow for the
development of additional housing units on the property (up to 4 maximum). A list of the
uses in the current versus proposed district is available for review.
How can I get more information?
Any member of the public may review the proposed bylaw and ask questions. Information
is available within the Public Hearings page on the Town’s website or can be provided to
you upon request. You can also make an appointment to come into the Town Office where
Planning & Development staff can explain what is proposed, how it might impact you, and
how the public hearing process works.
Can I provide comments or attend the hearing?
If you wish to make a submission for Council’s consideration at the public hearings, written
submissions can be emailed to [email protected], mailed in, or dropped off in the drop
box at the Town Office on or before September 8. Instructions on how to attend the Public
Hearing either in-person or virtually via Zoom are available on the Town’s website at
www.westlock.ca/public-hearings.
TAKE NOTICE THAT in accordance with the Municipal Government Act, as amended, Council of the Town of Westlock have
established a Public Hearing date to rezone Lot 15, Block 7, Plan 7432AN from R1 (Low Density Residential District) to
R2 (Medium Density Residential District).
