NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BYLAW 2021-07-01

BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND LAND USE BYLAW 2008-10 OF THE VILLAGE OF CLYDE

Pursuant to Sections 230, 606, and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended, the Council of the Village of Clyde hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt Bylaw 2021-07-01

The purpose of Bylaw 2021-07-01 is to:

• amend the land use district map as it affects:

            — those portions of Pt. Railway Plan 981 AT (Portions of Certificates of Title 202 262 723 and 202 262 723 +2); from Residential District – R2 to the Industrial District – M, as shown in the attached Figure 1; and;

• amend the land use district map as it affects:

    — those portions of Pt. Railway Plan 981 AT (Portion of Certificates of Title 202 262 723)

   — that portion of Plan 1453 AJ (Part of Certificate of Title 062 168 110);

    — that portion of Block A, Plan 4963 AF (Part of Certificate of Title 202 262 723 +1)

           — Lot 1, Block 15, Plan 042-6568 (Certificate of Title 042 519 017); 

    
from Residential Manufactured Home Subdivision District – RMH-A to the Residential District – R1 and the Commercial District – C, as shown in the attached Figure 2;

THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Sections 230, 606 and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended, a public hearing to consider the proposed Bylaw will be held:

FURTHER, TAKE NOTICE THAT anyone wishing to make a verbal or written representation may do so at the hearing, or by providing the representation to the Village’s Chief Administrative Officer before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021. It would be beneficial for individuals to provide advance notice to the Village of Clyde at (780) 348-5356 of their intention to make a presentation at the hearing.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT a copy of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected at the Village of Clyde office during normal business hours.
