The Westlock Golf Course held its annual Westlock Open on Aug. 10 and 11, resulting in a slew of winners.
The tournament, sponsored by Westlock County, was two days on the 18-hole golf course, competing against fellow golfers in similar sections for their name on the cups.
The Senior Men’s Open winner was Cal Adkins, who won with a 80 on the first day and a 78 on the second day. Chase Provencal won the Men’s Open with a 73 on the first day and a 76 on the second day.
The Senior Ladies Open was taken by Debbie Shoemaker, who scored a 95 on the first day and a 93 on the second day. Madison Provencal won the Ladies open with an 80 on day one and a 96 on day two.
Finally, in the Juniors Open category, Carson Vervynck took top place, scoring a 92 on the first day and a 93 on the second day.
