A man was sentenced to 149 days in custody June 18 after pleading guilty to four charges, including unlawfully dwelling in a home and possession of stolen property over $5,000.

Judge Clifton Purvis granted a discharge to a woman pleading guilty to theft under $5,000 after considering factors under the Gladue case June 18.
