Barrhead RCMP are looking for the identity of two people who were suspiciously trespassing on a 44th Street property late in the evening on May 17. Unfortunately, pictures from a nearby security camera only captured the individuals from the back, but police believe they may be female.

BARRHEAD - Barrhead RCMP are looking for the public's help to learn the identity of two people who trespassed on a property in town.

On May 17, at about 9 p.m., two people believed to be female, were seen trespassing on a vacant property on 44th Street between 52nd and 53rd Avenues and were captured on a nearby video camera.

Const. Nathan Ching said although the pair did not steal or damage the property, it is believed that they were potentially scoping it out to see how they could enter the residence.

He added that the property has been the target of a previous break-in.
