Provincial hockey games can be exciting events for spectators, and even more so if, after one or two periods, the end result is a foregone conclusion. Thursday night’s game between the Barrhead Atom 2 Eagles and the Wabamun Wildcats was no exception.

The Barrhead Steelers scored early and often to defeat the Jasper Bearcats in regular season midget 9 to 1 in front of their home fans at the Barrhead Agrena on Friday, Jan. 29.
