CARLSON, Ken
April 23, 1947 – October 29, 2021
It is with profound sorrow and very much love that we mourn the passing of Victor Edward Kenneth Carlson of Westlock, AB on October 29th, 2021 at the age of 74.
Survived by loving companion Brenda, children Sherry of Red Deer, Monica (Neil) of Red Deer, Kevin (Krista) of Brooks, Trevor (Christa) of Clyde and Toni (Clayton) of Sherwood Park; grandchildren Kristen, Cali, Donovan, Ella, Cameron, Noah, Sam, Abby and Jacob; brothers Don (Sheryl) of Cardston and Kurt (Anita) of Sunset House; sisters Montana (Richard) of Ft. St. John and Shelly (Michael) of Edmonton, many nieces, nephews, many good friends, co-workers and Local 488 Members.
He was predeceased by his daughter Rebecca-Lynn, father Edward and mother LaDeen, and many aunts and uncles.
Ken was born to the ranching life in Mountain View. His love of nature and animals was as great as his love for his soulmate Brenda, family and his friends. Ken also loved the many construction projects he was involved with.
A drop in viewing will be held at the Westlock Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 5, 2021.
A Funeral Service was held at The Westlock Inn on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Westlock Cemetery.
