Helen Gertrude Valcourt Pendrak Carruthers

Helen Gertrude Valcourt Pendrak Carruthers was born in Pickardville, Alberta on August 5, 1927. Married John Pendrak in February 1947, then Terry Carruthers in 1999.
She is predeceased by husband John in 1998 and Terry in 2016, parents Irma and David Valcourt, Brothers; Phil, Leonel, Napoleon, Leopaul, Eugene. Sisters; Clair and Lucille, Daughter-in-law Faye Pendrak, Son-in-law Ross Monro and Grandchildren Crystal and Marty Pendrak.
Together John and Helen raised 7 children, Wayne (Grace), Barry, Sharon (Barry Malone), Cindy(Gordon Sundby), Diane, Joselyn (Joe Franett) and Granddaughter Tabitha (Greg Keen).
They have 20 Grandchildren, 61 Great-Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren, total 94 plus all the spouses.
We were, as a family going to celebrate moms 95th birthday on August 5th of this year, instead we are celebrating with her, her new home and a new Birthday.. Blessings Mom..

Funeral Service was held in the Westlock Funeral Home Chapel on July 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with burial at the Westlock Cemetery.
