MARION FAY GOODWIN
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Marion Goodwin of Athabasca, on October 11, 2020, at the age of 90 years loved.
Marion will be forever remembered by her 2 sons and 3 daughters: Daryl Goodwin of Athabasca, Donna Miller of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Brenda Hey of Edmonton, Boyd Goodwin (Judy) of Grassland and Janice (Ray) Albrecht of Edmonton. 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
Marion was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Goodwin; parents Ray & Bessie Rogers; one brother, Marvyn Rogers; one sister Verna Guay; son-in-law’s Albert Miller & Gary Hey; daughter-in-law Carol Wolak. She is survived by one sister Eunice Thorne; sister-in-law Anne Rogers and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and interment of the urn. A private family service was held on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at the South Athabasca cemetery with Reverend Terry Francis officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Albans Memorial Fund, PO Box 2048, Athabasca, AB T9S 2B6. Athabasca Community Chapel in care of arrangements (780) 675-3996.
