Predeceased by her husband, William Middelkoop in 2010 and her eldest daughter Delorese Stevenson in 2015.

Vivianne Rempel - Anthony & Krista Chenard (Shanti) - Kym -Monique & Chris Paul (Kylie & Cameron) - Nicole & Matt Butler (Lucas, Gwenneth & Logan) Adrielle & Darryl Bott (Keslar & Hugh) Simone & Duane Whitelock - Dennis Rode, Stephen Rode - Tori & Emma Daniel Rode - DJ, Evan & Alexandra. Simone is also survived by her precious Sister & Brother-in-law Beatrice and Bill Evers.

Interment will be held Friday, July 18, 2025 10:00 am Hazel Bluff Cemetery, following a Celebration of Life at 1:00 pm at
The Fathers House Church in Morinville, AB.
