Jerry Smok
April 8/1932 ~ October 29/2020
Jerry Smok of Half Moon Lake Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years.
He was predeceased by his Wife Jean in 2015 and his daughter Penny in 2019.
He is survived by son-in-law Ross Lyons, grandsons Chad (Gail) Beau (Crissy) Troy (Amanda) and great-grandchildren Denver, Willow, Cash, Piper and Falon, and his many nieces and nephews.
Jerry and Jean were well known in the community for running the Half Moon Lake store for many years. Their door was always open for coffee time with many neighbours stopping by. Many will remember him for his interesting choice of words and charismatic humour. He will be sadly missed and forever remembered as our Geido.
A huge thank you to the hospital and Pembina lodge staff who cared for him.
The immediate family will be having a private memorial to celebrate the life of Jerry.
