SUMMER VILLAGE OF SOUTH BAPTISTE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the requirements of Section 606 of the Municipal
Government Act, as amended, the Council of the Summer Village of South
Baptiste has scheduled a Public Hearing for April, 11, 2024 starting at 6:30 pm
THE PUBLIC HEARING IS BEING HELD TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT ON THE
FOLLOWING BYLAW:
Summer Village of South Baptiste Land Use Bylaw (LUB). Bylaw 001-2024
Date: 6:30 p.m. on April 11, 2024
The public hearing will be held via Zoom
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT anyone wishing to make a verbal and/or
written presentation may do so at the public hearing. All persons wishing to
make a presentation at the hearing will be provided the opportunity to do
so subject to the rules of presentation determined by the Summer Village of
South Baptiste Council.
It would be beneficial for individuals to provide advance notice to Linda
Roland, Chief Administrative Officer of the Summer Village of South Baptiste,
at [email protected] or (780) 938-4141 of their intention to make a
presentation at the hearing before Monday, April 8, 2024.
If you are unable to attend the public hearing via zoom, you may make your
written submission to [email protected] prior to Monday, April 8, 2023.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT a copy of the proposed LUB is posted on
the front page of our website at: southbaptiste.com
