REQUEST FOR TENDER The intent of this request for tender is to solicit and receive formal offers for the following project: Westlock Regional Water Services Commission Water Treatment Plant Upgrading The work included in this project is located in the Town of Westlock, Alberta. The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: 1. Demolition and removal of existing Clarifier Unit-1 parts. 2. Installation of new Clarifier Unit components and associated drives and controls. 3. PLC and SCADA system upgrading. 4. Potable water reservoir cleaning and miscellaneous process & mechanical work. Each Tender must be accompanied by a bank draft or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Tender Price, payable to Westlock Regional Water Services Commission. Tenderers are also required to supply a Consent of Surety Form in the amount equal to fifty (50%) percent of the Contract sum. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in, or reject any or all tenders, or accept the Tender deemed most favourable in the interest of the Owner.
