Michael Smith flies through the air to break the board during the Westlock Taekwondo Club's promotion night on March 20 at the Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre. Students demonstrated the skills they had learned in the previous session, with the goal being to perform well enough to promote to the next level. Smith successfully promoted to a red belt.
