The Christmas season officially kicks off this Friday in Westlock. A wide variety of events are planned for this year’s Westlock Light Up including a parade, a free pasta dinner and fireworks, which are being hosted in the downtown core.

One man is dead after being found inside a home with “extremely high” carbon monoxide levels. At around 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 28, Westlock RCMP responded to a residence about eight kilometres east of Pickardville.
