The Christmas shopping season has come and gone. How did the Barrhead businesses do during what should be the busiest time of the year? Our merchants did indeed get their Christmas rushes. However the crowds came later than ever before.

I have a neutered cat that is eight years old and has had the freedom to come and go as he pleases. He has been able to do the town and the residents of our neighbourhood a favour by catching a lot of unwanted rodents.
