Undeniably, the biggest headline maker of 2012 has been the Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre.

Overall, 2012 was a good year for Westlock County, but it wasn’t without a few bumps. That was the general message reeve Charles Navratil had when discussing where the county had been this year.
