Things at the Boyle Curling Club are rocking and rolling for yet another season.

Girls volleyball is on a championship roll in the junior ranks at Boyle School. The Huskies junior girls volleyball A-team, consisting of seven Grade 9 players and just two Grade 8s, won their zone final tournament against some stiff competition.

The outcome definitely could have been different for the North Central Midget AA Bulls. The Bulls fell by a score of 6-4 to the St.

It’s been a strange way to start the season for the Athabasca Hawks Atom A club. Three of their first four games have come against the same team, but head coach Erin Francis explained that hasn’t stopped the team from getting off to a great start.
